Silverleaf estate in Scottsdale expected to sell for $24 million

An estate in Scottsdale’s upper canyon of Silverleaf will sell at auction later this year.

Listed for $24 million and with starting bids expected between $7 million and $14 million, the 13,600 square feet estate at 11200 E. Canyon Cross Way will be open for online bidding Dec. 4 and in-person bidding at a Sotheby’s International Realty event in New York on Dec. 17, according to a press release.

The Estate, known as ‘Castle on the Hill,’ features seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a two-bedroom guest house, a spa, climate controlled wine room, game room with full bar, a pool. It also offers a sweeping view of the McDowell Mountains and Camelback Mountain.
