LAKE CHARLES, La. (KPLC) - With Halloween only a few days away, the time to get a costume is running slim.
Professional makeup artist Desiree Vincent said that you can easily turn a gloomy costume into a glam one with the right makeup.
“My best tips and tricks is to get some dimension into your face painting. You can use just your regular stuff you would use every single day. I love using just neutral eyeshadows. It gives a lot of dimension and can really like amp up your look a lot,” Vincent said.
Vincent got reporter Kaley Frith ready for Halloween with the perfect fright face, using simple items such as cotton, latex and white paint.
To create the ghoulish look, Vincent laid down a prosthetic strip, then used a few everyday items to create the 3-D look.
