FOXBOROUGH – After Christian Barmore didn’t play in the Patriots first quarter last Sunday, Mike Vrabel made it seem like the veteran defensive tackle was being disciplined .
On Wednesday, Barmore wouldn’t shed light on what led to the benching, only saying he was moved on from the situation and focused on the Patriots matchup this weekend against Atlanta.
“It ain’t nothing. It ain’t nothing,” Barmore said when asked what led to the discipline. “We’re just focused on the Falcons. Focused on the Falcons.”
When asked if he had any comment about the situation, the defensive tackle replied, “I’ve moved on. Next question. Let’s focus on the Falcons.”
Barmore has been a mainstay for the Patriots defensive line and an impact player for Vrabel’s defense. That’s why it was surprising when
