Sebring Local School District announced that its McKinley Junior/Senior High School had been ranked 5th out of 607 schools in Ohio for preparing students for their futures, according to a Wednesday news release.

"This ranking is a clear reflection of our commitment to preparing students for success after high school. We will use this ranking as momentum to keep our students engaged with career pathways and skills that will lead them successful futures," McKinley Principal Brian Clark said.

Also in the release, the ranking is based on the district's achievements in the "College, Career, Workforce, and Military Readiness" component of Ohio School Report Cards.
