LANSING, Mich. (WILX) - A Livingston County man has pled “no contest” to 2nd degree murder stemming from a fatal wrong-way crash last April, prosecutors told News 10.
Cullen Lindsay, 25, plead “no contest” to causing a crash that killed one and injured another. That crash happened on April 11, 2025, just before 1:15 a.m. in Ingham County.
Officials say Lindsay was driving east in the westbound lane of I-96 near Williamston Road when he crashed into an oncoming car near Wallace Road.
A 23-year-old man from Washington state died at the scene. Another Washington resident was hurt.

On Monday, Oct. 27, Lindsay pleaded no contest to 2nd degree murder charges stemming from the crash.
