We're taking a closer look at Operation Cycle Break, a new partnership between Warren police and the nonprofit Turning Point Macomb, designed to stop domestic violence before it turns deadly.

Domestic violence calls are among the most dangerous runs a police officer can make. In Warren alone, there were more than 9,000 calls in the past two years.
