KINGSTON, N.Y. — The hysterical screams of Tristin, April and Tristina Goods rang out in the Ulster County Courtroom on Wednesday as jurors in the Christopher Baldner murder trial listened to a recording that captured the moments leading up to and after the crash that killed 11-year-old Monica Goods.
Assistant District Attorney Jennifer Gashi played the recording for jurors during the opening day of testimony in the trial of Baldner, a former state trooper on trial for second-degree murder and other charges for the girl’s Dec. 22, 2020, death.
