LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - A longtime judge in Lexington has died.

Lewis Paisley served as a district judge, a circuit judge and was on the Kentucky Court of Appeals.

He oversaw numerous high profile trials in his career on the bench and was a UK College of Law graduate.

The Fayette County Circuit clerk says services for judge Lewis Paisley will be Saturday at first Presbyterian Church in Lexington.
