GREENSBORO, N.C. — State officials have issued a Silver Alert for a missing Greensboro man believed to be suffering from dementia or Alzheimer’s disease.
The N.C. Center for Missing Persons is asking the public to help locate Harvey Lee Hairston, 70. Greensboro police say Hairston was last seen in the area of 2812 Four Seasons Blvd and his direction of travel is unknown.
Hairston is described as a Black man, 5 feet 7 inches tall and about 130 pounds. He has light brown hair but is bald, and has brown eyes, according to the alert.
He was last seen wearing an unknown shirt, green pants and unknown shoes. Officials said he may be carrying a walking stick.
