This letter is in response to the article you had on the government shutdown & snap benefits.

Thousands of Pennsylvania families are unjustly facing the loss of crucial SNAP benefits, a direct consequence of an entirely avoidable government shutdown. This isn’t merely a policy misstep; it’s a moral failing, impacting working parents, children, and seniors across our state who rely on this vital support.

What makes this situation even more frustrating is that our federal representatives did their job.
