A federal grand jury in California has returned a six-count indictment against Tony Christopher Long, 19, of Porterville, for a series of disturbing offenses, including animal crushing, sexual exploitation of a minor, and cyberstalking.
The indictment alleges that Long, who is also known by online aliases like “Inactive” and “Inactivee0,” was a member of the “764” Nihilistic Violent Extremist (NVE) criminal network.
The indictment, returned on October 23, charges Long with:
Two counts of Animal Crushing
Sexual Exploitation of a Minor
Possession of Material Involving the Sexual Exploitation of a Minor
Cyberstalking
Transmitting an Interstate Threat
Long is currently in state custody on related charges.
