Srinagar, Oct 30: The Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly witnessed uproar on Thursday after BJP lawmakers disrupted the Question Hour, protesting that the resolutions moved by their members were not taken up earlier by the House.

As soon as the Question Hour began, a BJP MLA stood up, objecting that his resolutions were ignored on Wednesday. The Speaker asked the member to take his seat and allow proceedings to continue, but BJP legislators persisted with their protest.

“Some of your questions were taken up yesterday, but resolutions could not be. I cannot help you in this,” the Speaker told the agitating members.
