MANCHESTER, N.H. —

Vincenzo Panetta, the first of two people to face trial after a man fell to his death from a Portsmouth parking garage, has been found guilty.

Jurors found Panetta guilty on 15 charges, including negligent homicide.

In August 2023, police said 28-year-old Zachary Colbroth climbed over a railing and fell onto the Hanover Street sidewalk following a confrontation with Panetta and Andrew Lucas .

Colbroth was taken to a local hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.

Panetta is scheduled to be sentenced in December.

Online court records show jury selection in Lucas' case is set for April.
