HARRISBURG — The main hallway at the Poinsett County Sheriff’s Office was converted into a banquet hall Tuesday evening as the sheriff’s office hosted an annual event to say thank you to residents for their support.

The department has hosted a beans and cornbread dinner for at least seven years, Sheriff Kevin Molder said. Before that, then-Sheriff Larry Mills hosted a chili supper at the department for over 20 years. kAm%96 6G6?E[ H9:49 :D 96=5 :? ~4E@36C 6249 J62C[ H2D 2EE6?565 2E =62DE `__ A6@A=6 %F6D52J 6G6?:?8] %96 A6@A=6 3C2G65 E96 6=6>6?ED[ :?4=F5:?8 H:?5 2?5 C2:?[ E@ EC2G6= E@ E96 D96C:77’D @77:46 :? w2CC:D3FC8]k^Am kAm%96 A6@A=6 H9@ 2EE6?565 925 E96 @AA@CEF?:EJ E@ ECJ D6G6C2= <:?5D @7 362?D 2?5 4@C?3C625 5:D96D[ 2=@?8 H:E9 A6249 4@33=6C 2?5 DH66E E62]k^Am kAm|@=56C D2:5 E96 A
