One woman, 32, is in critical condition and a woman in her 50s is in serious condition after being rescued tonight from a building fire in the Ewa Beach area.

Honolulu Emergency Medical Services paramedics treated a total of seven patients for multiple burns and smoke inhalation from the 6:39 p.m. fire at Fort Weaver Road and Kahekili Highway. Five of the patients declined EMS transport to a hospital. The fire was extinguished at 9:17 p.m.
