Speaking after his meetings with EU Trade Commissioner Maroš Šefčovič and at the Berlin Global Dialogue, Goyal emphasized India’s focus on a fair, equitable, and balanced trade pact that strengthens partnerships in technology, investments, and mobility. He highlighted India’s emergence as a resurgent, democratic, and fast-growing economy, doubling every eight years, and leading the Global South’s collective voice under PM Narendra Modi’s leadership.
