NEW JERSEY (PIX11) — Democrat Mikie Sherrill holds a 1% lead over Republican Jack Ciattarelli in the race for New Jersey governor, according to new exclusive polling from PIX11, Emerson College Polling, and The Hill.
The poll shows Sherrill at 49.3% and Ciattarelli at 47.9%. PIX11 is presenting polling data to the decimal point for transparency. Sherrill's lead is within the poll's 3% margin of error.
The poll also asked the 2.1% of undecided voters to indicate who they were leaning toward. When incorporating those survey results, Sherrill's lead grows slightly to 50.4% compared to Ciattarelli's 48.4%.
