The second annual snowplow naming contest for two Bradley International Airport snowplows has concluded, according to the Connecticut Airport Authority .
The winning names came from “classes at R.D. Seymour Elementary School and Carl Allgrove Elementary School ,” according to a release, who “submitted potential snowplow names to [Bradley International Airport]. Airport employees then voted on their favorite names from each school. This year, Connecticut meteorologists were also asked to weigh in and vote for their favorites.”
Both schools are from East Granby, according to a statement.
“Might Plower Ranger” was selected from R.D. Seymour Elementary, while “Plowzilla” was picked by Carl Allgrove Elementary, according to the Connecticut Airport Authority.
