CINCINNATI (WXIX) - The Fountain Square double shooting suspect will be held on an order of “no bond” at the Hamilton County Jail for violating his probation, a judge ruled Thursday.
Shaquilla Ferguson violated his probation on a felony conviction just three months ago by being involved in not one but two separate shootings earlier this month, court records show.
One was a high-profile shooting after a spike in violent crime in and around the urban core that led to a chain of events resulting in City Manager Sherlyl Long putting Police Chief Teresa Theetge on paid administrative leave.
Ferguson is charged with
Opening fire on Fountain Square around 7:30 p.m. Oct. 13 during a dispute with a 19-year-old man and a 16-year-old male, shooting them both
