Earlier this month, a 33-year-old man also died following a dirt bike accident at the same park

A 28-year-old woman is dead after she was pinned underneath an ATV at an off-roading park in South Carolina. It’s the second accidental death at the park this month.

On Saturday, Oct. 25, Larissa Cubas was riding a four-wheeler at Carolina Adventure World in Winnsboro when the vehicle rolled and landed on top of her, pinning her underneath, NBC affiliate WYFF , NBC affiliate WIS and CBS affiliate WLTX reported.
