LITTLE ROCK, Ark. - Arkansas Secretary of State Cole Jester will make an announcement regarding election security Thursday morning.

The announcement will focus on Systematic Alienation Verification for Entitlements (SAVE) data. SAVE is a federal program that was created to help confirm citizenship and immigration status, according to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.

Earlier this month, Jester and Attorney General Tim Griffin announced three arrests in connection to voter fraud charges.

Jester is scheduled to make the announcement at 11 a.m.
