The 2025 UIL Cross Country State Championships will be held Friday and Saturday, Oct. 31-Nov. 1 at Old Settlers Park in Round Rock.

El Paso will be well represented , with teams and individuals who qualified.

El Paso girls to watch at UIL state meet

Emily Orr, Franklin. A top 10 finish at the regional meet earned her a trip to state in Class 6A. The Texas Tech commit has qualified for state in all four years of high school.

Kylie Vega, Eastwood. The star freshman placed fourth at regionals to earn a trip to the Class 6A meet.

Carlee Caraveo, Eastwood. Qualified for the Class 6A meet with time of 18:35.40. She finished 14th overall and had five top-five finishes during the regular season.

Ashlyn McMillan, Hanks. The District 2-5A champion ran a 19:45.40 to earn a spot at the C
