AUBURN — The decision of who will start at quarterback for Auburn football against Kentucky will be made a day before the contest.
Auburn plans to meet with its quarterbacks Friday, Oct. 31, coach Hugh Freeze said, and inform them of who will get the starting nod against the Wildcats on Saturday, Nov. 1 ( 6:30 p.m. CT, SECN ).
"Both looked really good, they really did," Freeze said Thursday. "Thought they prepared really well, split reps and a lot of good stuff from both of them. That's kind of been what practice is like, though. We believe in both of them, but you've got to hopefully give us the spark we need to win, and we've got to figure out exactly what that is.
