NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) - Metro Nashville Public Schools and Mayor Freddie O’Connell have launched a districtwide review of school start and end times.

The district says this is a move to continue to accelerate the progress and innovation happening in its schools.

The initiative will include months of public engagement and research to gather insights from families, students, educators, and community stakeholders across Nashville/Davidson County.

The school district sent out an alert to all parents on Wednesday, November 5, reminding them to submit their thoughts on the potential changes.

Here are instructions on how to watch WSMV4 live on various platforms.
