Voters head to the polls in Manchester and 10 other cities across New Hampshire Tuesday to cast ballots in the 2025 municipal elections.

In Manchester, the ballot is topped by the mayoral race between Republican incumbent Jay Ruais and Democratic Ward 8 school board member Jessica Spillers topping the ticket in the Queen City.

Former alderman, school board member and 2021 mayoral candidate Rich Girard announced a write-in campaign for mayor Oct. 28.

Citywide, voters in Manchester will also select two aldermen at large and two school committee members at large. In each ward, they’ll elect one alderman, one school committee member and various ward officials.
