CLOVIS, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) - No tricks, just treats! That's the goal of both trick-or-treaters and law enforcement on Halloween night.

"Get outside, dress up and have fun with the family!" Cynthia said during a street festival in Old Town Clovis.

"We're going to implement some traffic units and in the neighborhoods to slow down the parties driving fast," Cpl. Mark Bradford from Clovis Police said.

Old Town Clovis and the surrounding neighborhood were bustling with kids and families. From trick or treating door to door to fun games and prizes at community festivals, it was a busy night in town.

Cynthia and Claudio are happy to celebrate Halloween for the first time with their baby. The family dressed as characters from Toy Story.
