Raj Kumar Arora assumed the charge of Financial Advisor of Defence Services today. The Ministry of Defence said that the 1990-batch officer of the Indian Defence Accounts Service (IDAS) previously served as the Controller General of Defence Accounts

(CGDA).

He also served as Integrated Financial Advisor in various commands and field offices of the Defence Accounts Department. Furthermore, Mr Arora has vast experience in the areas of accounting, audit, budgeting and personnel management.
