Indian cricketer Shreyas Iyer has been discharged from a Sydney hospital after suffering a blunt abdominal injury during the third and final ODI against Australia at the Sydney Cricket Ground (SCG).

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) issued its third official medical update, confirming that Shreyas is now stable and recovering well.

BCCI Confirms Successful Treatment and Recovery Progress

The BCCI stated that Shreyas underwent a minor medical procedure to address internal bleeding caused by a laceration to his spleen. Following the successful intervention, his condition has improved significantly.
