NEW BEDFORD — With so many spots around the downtown with some delectably good desserts on their menu, it's hard to choose which one stands out among them all.
In a recent Standard-Times poll, readers voted for their favorite dessert and Merrill’s on the Waterfront's classic crème brûlée made the top spot.
“That is great news, we are truly honored!” said General Manager Dave Custadio. “There are so many great restaurants and talented pastry chefs in downtown New Bedford, so to have our crème brûlée recognized as a favorite really means a lot. It’s always rewarding to know that guests enjoy something we put a lot of care into.”
