Bracebridge OPP were busy last night patrolling the roads to make sure Halloween was safe for everyone.

A 31-year-old Bracebridge man was nabbed after a concerned member of the public reported the driving behaviour of a motorist in the area of John and Peter Streets in Gravenhurst while children were out trick-or-treating.

Police quickly found the driver on Muskoka Road South and conducted a traffic stop in a retail parking lot.

The driver is charged with dangerous operation, driving while impaired, stunt driving, and having a blood alcohol level above zero while being a novice driver. He’ll be in court on November 18th.
