CLEMSON — Quarterback Cade Klubnik is likely to return for Clemson football 's Week 10 game vs. Duke.
He suffered an ankle sprain in Clemson 's win against Boston College in Week 7. Tigers coach Dabo Swinney said Klubnik practiced on Oct. 27 and participated a "good amount" in the following two days, leading him to being listed as probable on the ACC's availability report .
Clemson (3-4, 2-3 ACC) will host Duke (4-3, 3-1) on Nov. 1 (noon ET, ACC Network) at Memorial Stadium.
Klubnik's mobility may be limited against Duke due to his injured ankle. He missed his first career game against SMU in Week 8 with backup quarterback Christopher Vizzina starting in place of him. It was the first time since 2014 that a Clemson starting quarterback missed a game because of injur
