A storm system spinning over Minnesota and northeastern Iowa brought low clouds, spotty showers, breezy northwest winds, and chilly conditions to the area early this morning. Temperatures are starting off in the upper 30s, but wind chills are in the low 30s and even upper 20s at times thanks to that northwest breeze. Clouds will be persistent for most of the day, meaning we won't see much of a warm up. Temperatures slowly climb into the low 40s by Noon, with highs only in the mid-40s this afternoon.
