Ryanair is introducing huge changes this month which could catch out passengers and add to their stresses at airports.
From November 12, the budget airline will stop offering printed boarding passes.
Desks at airports will no longer offer the option to print them, which could leave travellers in difficulty.

Passengers will be instructed to use the Ryanair app so they can get a boarding pass on their phones.
