Police have charged a man in connection with a fatal crash in September in Ansonia.
Isac Saravia, 26, of Ansonia was arrested Wednesday of charges of first-degree reckless endangerment and reckless driving, according to Lt. Patrick Lynch of the Ansonia Police Department .
Lynch said the charges stem from a crash on Sept. 24 on Pershing Drive that left 27-year-old Adonis Lapuppet-Bligen dead.
Investigators believe Saravia was “following closely behind” Lapuppet-Bligen’s vehicle just before the crash when Lapuppet-Bligen struck a telephone pole, Lynch said. No one else was in the vehicle with Lapuppet-Bligen.
