Eligible entrants (“Nominators”) will nominate an individual, 18 years or older, also a permanent legal U.S. resident who also resides within WRCB’s viewing area as a licensed nurse in the state of Tennessee (“Nominee”) at the time of entry.

Entrants are prohibited from self-nomination.
