A Scots dad was left horrified after his beloved family dogs were "savagely attacked" while on a walk near their home, leaving one of them needing two emergency surgeries to "push her intestines" back into place.
Taxi driver Iain Robson, 43, had just gone to bed after dropping his kids off at school on Wednesday, October 22 when he got a hysterical call from his wife Joanne.
The East Kilbride mum had just left the house when a suspected XL Bully ran into the street and allegedly set upon the family's Cockapoo , Clover, and Bichon Frisé, Polo, on the town's Braidley Crescent.
"I was going to bed to get a couple of hours' sleep when I got the phone call," Iain told GlasgowLive . "I couldn't make out much of what she was saying except that an XL Bully had attacked.
