KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Just before 4:30 a.m. Saturday morning KCK police were called the area of 11th and Barnett to investigate a shooting.

When officer found the scene they located a woman, outside of her residence, that had been shot. She was taken to the hospital, where she died from her injuries.

The KCK Major Case Squad is on the scene gathering evidence and trying to find out what led to the shooting.
