SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) -- The San Diego Police Department is asking for the public’s help in finding a 4-year-old boy who went missing on Halloween night. • The Nexstar Media video above explains what to do if someone goes missing

According to SDPD, Levon Owens was last seen around 10 p.m. on Thursday, October 31, in the 5400 block of Bayview Heights Place, which is located in the Oak Park neighborhood.

Levon is described as Black, approximately 3 feet tall and 45 pounds, with short black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a tan t-shirt, tan shorts and no shoes.

Police are urging anyone who sees Levon or has information about his whereabouts to call 911 immediately.
