MONROE COUNTY, MI – A crash involving a limo bus that occurred on I-75 in Monroe County earlier this week has left 11 people injured, including one who is in critical condition.

Officers from the Michigan State Police (MSP) Monroe Post Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Division (CVED) and troopers from the post responded to the scene of the crash near the highway’s 16-mile marker in Frenchtown Township at about 5:45 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 30, according to an Oct. 31 news release from MSP.

The limo bus rolled multiple times after traveling off the roadway, causing several passengers to be ejected from the vehicle, police said.

A total of 15 passengers were in the vehicle at the time of the crash, and injured passengers were taken to three different hospitals in the area.
