DANSVILLE — Dansville Central School District’s efforts to bring agriculture into the classroom and expand ag career programming in its schools has been recognized with the 2025 Farm to School Partnership Award.

The Farm to School Partnership Award, presented jointly by the New York School Nutrition Association and the state Department of Agriculture & Markets, celebrates exemplary farm-to-school initiatives across New York State that connect students to local agriculture while supporting farmers and promoting healthy eating. Applications are reviewed by both NYSNA and the Department of Agriculture & Markets, recognizing schools that demonstrate creativity, collaboration, and community impact.
