Fortnite 's new event puts the spotlight on The Simpsons , but some players haven't been able to enjoy it like they were hoping. The new Simpsons -themed mini-season kicked off this morning with the "Welcome, Our Alien Overlords" event, which brings the extraterrestrial characters Kang and Kodos to the game. Like many popular Fortnite events , this has sadly resulted in some queue frustrations.
