CHARLESTON, S.C. (FOX Carolina) - Representative Nancy Mace was accused of berating police and TSA at Charleston International Airport on Thursday.

According to an incident report released by the Charleston County Aviation Authority Police Department, officers were tasked with escorting the congresswoman from the ticketing area to her flight. They were told she would arrive at 6:30 a.m., but at 6:35 a.m., they learned she was behind schedule. Shortly after 7 a.m., they were told she was waiting in the TSA entrance.

Officers said they arrived at the TSA checkpoint in less than a minute and Mace was very irate. She immediately started walking toward her gate and, during the entire escort, talked loudly using profanity for others to hear. She boarded her plane at 7:10 a.m.
