A house that sold for $1.1 million tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in East Brunswick in the past week.

The area saw a total of 20 residential real estate sales during the past week, averaging $621,115, or $319 per square foot.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Oct. 20 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

10. $625K, single-family house at 2 Laurie Drive

A sale has been finalized for a detached house at 2 Laurie Drive in East Brunswick. The price was $625,000. The house was built in 1954 and the living area totals 1,421 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $440. The deal was finalized on Sep. 30.
