The Tata Trust will hold its first board meeting on November 11, 2025, following the exit of trustee Mehli Mistry, marking a key moment for the trust’s leadership under Chairman Noel Tata.

The meeting comes after Mistry’s tenure ended on October 28 without reappointment, raising questions about internal alignment among the trustees.

This will be the first time the board convenes without Mistry, who has been a long-time associate of the Tata Group. Trustees expected to attend include Noel Tata, Venu Srinivasan, Vijay Singh, Pramit Javeri, Jehangir HC Jehangir, and Darius Khambata.
