Rob Dyrdek made it big in the reality TV scene with his three-season run of Rob & Big on MTV. The show premiered in 2008 and followed the life of him and best friend/bodyguard nicknamed “Big Black.” The two lived in Hollywood Hills together and spent much of their time playing pranks, pulling stunts, and skateboarding (obviously).

Before, Dyrdek was a reality star though he was better known for his professional skating career. He participated in several X Games competitions and even founded his own skateboarding competition called Street League Skateboarding.
