Eugene Levy concluded the third season of his Apple TV+ travel series, *The Reluctant Traveller*, with a visit to Vancouver, where he spent time with renowned singer Michael Bublé. After traveling to various countries including Austria, England, and India, Levy returned to the city he hadn’t visited in 25 years. Before meeting Bublé, the Hamilton, Ontario, native explored Vancouver, promoting the city’s attractions. He walked along the seawall in the rain and visited Granville Island, where he spoke with local shopkeepers about the area’s appeal. Common themes emerged in their responses, highlighting the city’s proximity to nature, mild winters, and fresh seafood. Levy stayed in a charming oceanfront home in West Vancouver. While enjoying a glass of red wine on the deck, he remarked, "One great thing about Vancouver is bad weather rarely hangs around." The following day, Levy, who described himself as not particularly sporty, ventured up Grouse Mountain to meet Bublé. "It’s not me in my natural habitat at all, but I have to say it is spectacular up here," he said, taking in the snowy landscape. After Bublé arrived via snowmobile, the two donned snowshoes and trekked to the summit, where Bublé was greeted by fans. “It’s just a meet and greet. Everywhere I go is a meet and greet. I love it. My gramps used to say, ‘Enjoy it sunshine, one day they won’t give a s—‘,” Bublé shared during their outing. Following their snowshoeing adventure, the duo enjoyed hot chocolate and tobogganing before heading to Deep Cove for crabbing. They shared personal stories about their childhoods and the paths that led them to fame. Bublé reflected, "Everything that I knew until I was 21 was this is what you are going to do. I spent most of my life out here," as they fished from a boat. After catching crabs, they returned to Bublé’s mansion in Burnaby to cook and eat their catch. The day concluded with a friendly hockey match on Bublé’s private indoor rink. Levy, wearing Toronto Maple Leafs gear, joked, "Looks like it is yours truly versus a man who has a full-sized hockey rink in his basement. On the plus side, if I lose, I can blame the home team advantage and the fact that I’m pushing 80." The visit wrapped up with the two icons performing together at the Bacchus Lounge in the Wedgewood Hotel, where they sang a classic tune by Frank Sinatra.
