Gavin O’Hagan leads the way as Cluainín Iomáint claim Leitrim hurling crown

Cluainín Iomáint claimed their first Stephen Dorrigan Cup since 2021 when they finished strongest in another tight battle against Carrick-on-Shannon in this year’s final in Páirc Seán Mac Diarmada.

The victory is only the eighth for Cluainín Iomáint in a championship that was first played in 1917 with Carrick-on-Shannon the dominant force in the county with 38 titles, five of Cluainín’s victories coming in the last 13 years.
