Strictly Come Dancing's Anton du Beke has rubbed shoulders with countless celebrities during his tenure on the popular BBC programme.

Despite enjoying the company of every star that graces the Strictly dance floor, the father-of-two admits there are days when he craves solitude.

Speaking to Woman's Weekly, he shared: "If I haven't got anything on, I go to the golf club to walk. It's nice to get outside. I love the game and being alone. Having time to yourself is important."
