Chris Davies has confirmed Patrick Roberts was withdrawn midway through Birmingham City's 4-0 win over Portsmouth with an injury.
The winger, who played a key part in Blues' bright start, was subbed at half-time and replaced by Keshi Anderson.
It comes just a couple of games after the 28-year-old was forced to pull out of the Preston match in the build-up. He was also replaced after an hour of the defeat to Bristol City last time out.
Speaking after the game Davies said: "He just had a knock. I don't think it was anything serious, it was more precautionary.
"I spoke to him at halftime and then I spoke to him at the end and I don't think it's anything, but we'll see tomorrow."
Davies has not yet ruled Roberts out of the Millwall match on Tuesday.
