UNION COUNTY, Tenn. (WATE) — One person is dead and two more are injured after a boating crash on Norris Lake Saturday morning.

The Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency is investigating the crash that happened around 8:30 a.m. The agency said two vessels collided near the Highway 33 Bridge. Wildlife officers reported that two people were onboard each vessel.

Two people were taken to UT Medical Center, but one person was initially unaccounted for. TWRA said after a search, the missing boater's body was recovered.
